Conversion optimization: more customers from the same traffic
It is often cheaper to get more of the people already visiting you to get in touch than to buy more traffic. We find where visitors turn back, fix it in the order that pays off and measure the difference in enquiries and orders.
- Decisions based on data, not opinions
- Every change is measured against real enquiries
- We fix what we find, not just report it
Example · fictional company
Do the maths
Double the share who get in touch, and your ad budget goes twice as far.
If one in a hundred visitors gets in touch today, and a change makes two in a hundred do so, you have doubled your number of enquiries without paying a krona more for traffic. You can then also afford to bid higher in Google Ads.
The drop-offs are often not where you think. That is why we follow the bounce rate for every subpage, run heatmaps when needed, for example on the checkout flow in an online shop, and fix the pages until the goals are met. Conversion optimization is an add-on after launch and is not included in a website build.
How we work
Find, fix, measure. Again and again.
1
Measurement that holds up
Forms, calls, purchases and abandoned purchases are measured, per page and per channel. Without that, nothing can be improved.
You get: A funnel from visit to deal, with the real numbers.
2
Where are you losing people?
We go through the visitor data, look at how people scroll and click, and test the website ourselves on a mobile like a customer would.
You get: A list of the biggest drop-offs, in order of what they cost you.
3
Hypotheses
For each drop-off: what we think the cause is and what we want to change. Shorter forms, clearer pricing, a better headline, a faster page.
You get: A test plan you can read and say yes to.
4
Change and test
We build the changes. Where there is enough traffic we run A/B tests, otherwise we compare before and after over equal periods.
You get: Changes measured against your enquiries, and knowledge of what had no effect.
5
The next round
What worked becomes standard. The next drop-off is up next.
You get: Work that continues until the goals are met.
Common findings
This is what we usually find first.
Forms
Forms that are too long
Every field that is not needed costs enquiries. Name and phone number are often enough.
Price
No price
Customers want to know roughly what it costs. Without a price indication, they call someone who will tell them.
Speed
Slow on mobile
On many of the websites we follow, a large share of visits come from mobile. A slow page means more people leave before they have seen anything.
Buttons
Unclear call to action
A page with five buttons has none. Every page should have one clear next step.
Trust
Missing trust
Reviews, photos from real jobs and who answers the phone, right where the decision is made.
E-commerce
A checkout with obstacles
Forced accounts, unexpected shipping costs, few payment methods. All of these make people leave the checkout.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about conversion optimization
We are happy to start with the page that gets the most paid traffic.
The work of getting more of your website’s visitors to do what you want, such as sending an enquiry, calling or buying. It is often called CRO, conversion rate optimization.
It depends entirely on industry, price and traffic. That is why we compare you with your own past results: are there more enquiries per hundred visits than in the previous period?
The first changes are usually noticeable within a few weeks. How certain you can be that the change made the difference depends on how much traffic the website has.
It helps. The service works best for websites that already have traffic or run ads. A/B tests need more traffic, but large drop-offs often show up on smaller websites too and can be fixed right away.
Yes. We both find the drop-offs and rebuild what is needed, on WordPress and Shopify.
