Business systems · Built for your everyday work
Business systems: built for how you actually work
Excel files, email threads and double data entry eat up time every week. We find out where things get stuck in your everyday work and build the system that removes it: portals, reporting and integrations with what you already use.
- We start from your needs, not from a ready-made product
- Built and hosted in Sweden
- You own your data

How we start
First we understand your everyday work. Then we build.
Many systems are bought for what they can do, not for how the business works. They become one more tool to keep track of, and the Excel file lives on next to it.
We do the opposite. We talk to the people who do the work, follow a task from start to finish and see where time and information disappear. Only then do we decide what to build. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need a new system at all.
How it works
From need to a system in operation.
Step 1
We map it out
We talk to the people who will use the system and follow a real case through the business. You get a description of the flow and where the friction is.
Step 2
We sketch the solution
Screens and flows that you can point at and change, before a single line of code is written.
Step 3
We build in stages
What costs the most time comes first, so that you can start using the system early. The rest is built based on how it is actually used.
Step 4
We run it
The same team that built the system hosts, backs up and develops it further. You have one contact, not three suppliers.

We show them so that you can see what we can build. They are not sold as ready-made products. Every system is built around the business it is meant to work in.
Training platform
All training in one place, and you can see who has completed what
The need: knowledge that sat in documents and with a few people, and no overview of who had taken which course.
- Courses, videos and knowledge tests
- Certificates when someone finishes
- For your own staff or for customers
Time reporting
Time is reported where the work is done
The need: hours written on scraps of paper and in Excel, and invoicing documentation that took days to put together.
- Reporting on mobile, on site
- Per project, customer and employee
- Ready for invoicing
- The manager sees the status without having to ask
Our own system
The agency portal we run Pixeltokig in
The need: customers, sales, production and invoices in different tools. Now everything is in one place.
- Everyone in the team sees the same customer history
- Nothing falls through the cracks when someone is away
- Invoices fetched directly from Fortnox
What we can build
What cannot be bought, or does not fit.
Common assignments are systems that replace Excel and email, and integrations that mean the same information only needs to be entered once.
- Customer portals where your customers see cases, documents and invoices
- Internal tools for booking, planning and follow-up
- Reporting and time reporting per project
- Training and certificates for staff or customers
- Integrations with accounting systems, forms and the website

Frequently asked questions
Questions about business systems
Describe what takes time today, and we will tell you whether it is something we can build.
It depends on what the system needs to solve. After the mapping you get a fixed price for the first stage, so that you know what you are paying for before anything is built.
It depends on the scope. We build in stages, so that the most important parts can be used early instead of you waiting for everything at once. You get the timeline together with the price.
Often, yes. Our own system, for example, fetches invoices directly from Fortnox. We go through which systems you have and what can be connected before anything is decided.
Not as ready-made products. They are here to show what we have built. If you need something similar, we build it around how you work.
You do. The data is stored in Sweden, and the rights to the system itself are written into the contract before we start.
We can, if you want us to. The same team that built the system hosts and develops it further, on servers in Sweden. Hosting is agreed separately.
Next step
Tell us what takes time today.
We go through how you work and what rubs, and tell you honestly whether a custom system is worth it.
